Your privacy matters. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use TrendEdge Insights by Radar Labs.
We collect your email address, subscription status and (optionally) your name when you subscribe, purchase a report or sign up for our waitlist. Stripe collects payment details on our behalf. We also collect limited portal usage data such as page views to improve the service.
We use your information to perform our contract with you (e.g. deliver reports), for our legitimate interests (e.g. product updates and service improvement) and, with your consent, for marketing emails. We never sell your data. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
We use industry‑standard security measures and limit access to data. Payment information is handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers. We may process your data outside the UK/EU using trusted processors with appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We rely on third‑party service providers to run our business. This includes Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and Identity), Google (Sheets), ConvertKit or other email service providers and analytics tools. These providers may process data in the US and other countries with adequate safeguards.
We keep your account data while your subscription or account is active and for 24 months afterwards to resolve disputes or provide support. We keep invoices and payment information for 6 years to comply with tax and accounting laws.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing and request data portability.
