Refund Policy

We stand behind our product but cannot offer refunds on delivered insights.

Single Reports

Single report purchases are non‑refundable once delivered. By purchasing a digital report for immediate download or delivery you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once delivery begins. If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you may have a 14‑day cooling‑off right; however, by ticking the box on our checkout page you agree to waive this right to receive the digital content immediately.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current period and will not be charged further. Subscription payments are not refundable for the current period after the brief has been delivered.

Questions

If we fail to deliver your report or if you are charged twice for the same report, please contact us at hello@radarlabs.co and we will arrange a refund or re‑delivery. If you believe a refund is warranted due to other exceptional circumstances, please reach out and we will review your case.
